Since IoT is still in its development, there is no surprise that so are the technically trained personnel. With each new day, companies around the world are developing new research and these companies in turn offer courses and material for people interested in building a career and offering IoT support. However, due to lack of standardization, as well as academic efforts, skilled resources are in demand, and that means as soon as someone becomes a specialized expert, they are picked up from within the industry, and positioned somewhere in the development realm. This doesn’t leave much room for freelancers, or individual service providers to maneuver and also puts companies in need of these resources even more so. This means that ultimately, either these trained personnel won’t be available or will charge heavily pushing companies and IoT investors into a corner.
