LGTECH’s architecture model includes a network of Communication and Switching Centers (CSCs) distributed around the globe. Each CSC houses networking and computing equipment running LGTECH’s discovery software, switching software and connecting software.

Our equipment operates within state-of-the-art data centers. Everything from computing, to switching, to power, is designed for reliability and redundancy. Highly reliable power backup systems ensure constant, uninterrupted power. Three inline UPS systems operate independently to provide true redundancy.

Temperature and humidity are precisely regulated, year-round, to ensure optimal equipment reliability.

Whether you are developing an IoT product, or an App such as social media or video conferencing, the implementation is the same. Every device communicating on the the network is considered a “node”. It may be a mobile phone, a laptop, a smart IoT appliance or device, a PC or anything else. They are all nodes, and they all connect directly with each other, with no need to run through a central server.

In order to facilitate this communication, each mobile or computing device requires integration of LGTECH’s SDK. Multiple OS’s are supported. And each IoT endpoint device requires integration of LGTECH’s API. These devices (nodes) can be located behind firewalls, and they can still be discovered, switched, and connected by the LGTECH communications platform.

If your particular application requires software for data processing, endpoint device management, and data storage, you have options. You can run these operations on computing devices at your own premise, you can lease computing and storage at any data center, or we can host your software at one of our CSCs. Either way, these locations are simply considered just another “node” on the network.
